We had a great time serving Iced Tea to all those in attendance to raise money for The Bridge.
We served The Daze CrazeThe Daze Craze, developed and blended by Mark Filatow from Waterfront Wines in Kelowna BC.
The Iced Tea was a hit! Everyone loved it.
We also enjoyed some amazing food.
Chef Michael Lyon, with a group of teen helpers from The Bridge prepared a Maple Brined Roast Turkey on an open faced sandwich. The vegetables were donated by Urban Harvest. It was amazing!!
Antonio Biolotta from Choices Markets made an outstanding Vegetable Lasagne.
Lauretta from La Bussola made a Chick Pea Salad.
Darci from Bliss Bakery displayed an amazing array of succulent desserts.

The Bridge Youth and Family Services Society, a non-profit, charitable organization, has been developing and providing innovative and quality programming for children, youth and families in the Central Okanagan of British Columbia since 1969.
